Information for Etched Glassware |
Custom Logos |
Ordering your logo or design to be etched
on any of our glasses is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Place your order in our webstore.
2. Check your e-mail for our order confirmation.
3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail
for submitting your artwork. |
Artwork can be submitted via e-mail by
replying to your order confirmation and
attaching your artwork. Acceptable formats
will be defined in your order confirmation.
We will send a virtual proof for approval
via e-mail before your order is produced.
A virtual proof is a picture of the glass
ordered with your artwork shown in the size
and position where it will be etched. |

Monograms |
When placing an order for monogrammed
etched glassware, no artwork is required.
The font used is the same as shown in the
images. We use a single-letter only with
no other ornamentation for a clean and elegant
look. |
IMPORTANT! We do not send virtual proofs
for Monograms. The letter(s) that you requested
will be indicated in your order confirmation.
You are responsible for making sure the
correct letters were selected. If you see
an error, please e-mail us immediately.
You may be responsible for 100% of the order
value if we are not notified of the error
within 48 hours from placing your order. |

General Terms & Conditions |
All orders are FINAL, once etched glassware
cannot be changed in any way. Therefore
returns are not accepted for any reason. |
Normal delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks
though sooner delivery time can be requested
for no additional charge. Please indicated
your required "in-hand" date in
the COMMENTS section when placing your order.
If we cannot meet your date, you will be
notified within 24 hours and you will have
the option to cancel your order for a full
refund. We are not responsible for issues
resulting from services provided by UPS. |

has been processed. If you do not receive
a confirmation your order has not been processed. |
